You can join group sessions like normal. Once the summer schedule starts, June 15th, I will be holding pre-camp workouts at 7am (for alumni, college, and camp staff ONLY)**
SUMMER TRAINING
- Starts Monday, June 15th -
Summer is a great time to legitimately see improvements in your overall strength, speed, and vertical. There are no tournaments to worry about, and assuming you are playing less volleyball, we can push you harder in the gym.
This is important because once school volleyball starts, there is a drop-off in training for 2 to 3 months and then everyone is scrambling to "get in shape" for club volleyball season again in November. Don't be scrambling! Be prepared!
Since everyone's summer schedules are different with camps, vacations, etc.. Summer training sessions tend to be private or small group sessions only and are "pay as you go."
Scheduling is on a week to week basis and I am fairly flexible in the summer time.
Also, I know it is not always easy to drive to Triangle Volleyball, especially if you live further away. So please visit the "At-Home Programs" page to view details on how we can set up an at-home training plan that can work for you!
