Let's Build an At-Home Training Plan!

There are many benefits to having your own online/at-home custom training plan:

​

1) Efficiency - Sometimes quality coaches who may specialize in your sport/needs could be relatively far away, so your home and/or local gym could be the perfect place for you to keep up with your training.

​

2) Privacy - Many gyms during after school/work hours can be very busy leading to equipment being unavailable, wait times, etc.

​

3) Consistency - Since your workouts would be tailored to your needs based on your available space and equipment, with no real need to drive far away to train, there is really NO EXCUSE to not stick with your plan!

​

At-home programs vary in price based on:​

​

1) Program Frequency -  The total amount of workouts you will perform each week.

​

2) Program Duration - The total amount of weeks it will take you to complete the program.

​

**Average cost of a training plan is $150, but plans can cost anywhere from $75 to $250.**

​

What you receive with each program:​

​

1) Google Folder-  Our Shared Google Folder will hold all the contents of your workouts.

​

2) Weekly Training Outline - A document showing which workouts to perform on certain days of the week, taking into consideration practices, games, and tournaments.

​

3) Workouts - The actual workouts themselves which are often labeled as 'Day-A' , 'Day-B' , etc.  You will be able to enter your training details into the documents. (ex: amount of weight lifted)

​

4) Videos - Each exercise has a video link attached which will take you to my YouTube channel.  Use these videos as a visual reference.
