How to train for hypertrophy:

moderate to high loads
-
high volume (2-4 exercises per targeted muscle group)

3-5 sets of 6-12 repetitions per exercise

rest intervals of approximately 0-60 seconds between sets

moderate to high intensity (75%-85% of 1 rep max)
-
moderate tempo
