How to train for hypertrophy:

  • moderate to high loads

  • high volume (2-4 exercises per targeted muscle group)

  • 3-5 sets of 6-12 repetitions per exercise

  • rest intervals of approximately 0-60 seconds between sets

  • moderate to high intensity (75%-85% of 1 rep max)

  • moderate tempo
